We have identified that third party onboarding is currently running in a degraded state. Fixed have been deployed to resolve the root cause of this issue, but we are seeing delays for some third parties taking up to 24 hours to complete onboarding as the system processes the backlog that has developed. We are monitoring system performance to ensure that the backlog continues to clear and normal performance retruns.
